Kenuba Psychic Party Program Policy

By accessing or participating in the Kenuba Psychic Party Program (collectively, the “Program”), you agree to the requirements outlined in this Policy and all policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these requirements, do not participate in the Program.

Program Overview

Hosted via video conferencing, Kenuba Psychic Parties provide an extraordinary one-hour experience where a Kenuba user and up to ten (10) invited participants can interact directly with a skilled Psychic Advisor to ask questions, gain insights, and explore intuitive guidance.

Eligibility

A guest invite to participate in the Program can be shared via email only with individuals who consent to receive an invite email, are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and are legal residents of the United States.

General Terms

By participating in the Kenuba Psychic Party Program, you and your invited guests agree to comply with the rules and requirements set forth in this policy. Kenuba reserves the right to terminate access to the Program or your Kenuba account(s) if any of the following rules are violated:

1. Invite Limitations:

   • You may invite up to ten (10) friends who meet all eligibility requirements as outlined in this policy.
   • Guests must be invited only with their consent, and you must disclose that they will receive an invitation email.

2. Prohibited Invitation Practices:

   • Invitations must not include names of individuals you do not know personally.
   • Invitations cannot be sent through unsolicited emails, spam, or by posting on websites or platforms in violation of their terms of use.
   • Providing false information to invite guests is strictly prohibited.

3. Restrictions on Sharing Invitations:

   • Kenuba may impose limits on how frequently invitations can be sent and how many invitations an individual may share.
   • If these limits are exceeded, Kenuba reserves the right to deny Program benefits, including promotional offers or coupons.

4. Tampering and Violations:

   • Any tampering with or disruption of the Program’s operations will result in disqualification and possible legal action.
   • Participants must not engage in any unlawful, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful communication or behavior during the Program.

5. Privacy and Respect:

   • Participants must respect the privacy of others and may not seek or use the personal contact information of other participants without explicit consent.
   • All communication within the Program must remain professional, courteous, and respectful.

6. Prohibited Services:

   • Participants are prohibited from seeking or providing services restricted by Kenuba’s User Services Rules Policy, such as legal, medical, investment, gambling, or lottery advice.

7. Program Termination:

   • If the Program is terminated due to violations by you or your guests, Kenuba reserves the right to retain the full cost charged to the User’s account.

• Any violation of these policies, including fraudulent behavior, will result in immediate account suspension.

Kenuba app is a subscription based app. you always need an active subscription to use this app.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Email, Phone, Addresses, Gender, Birthdate, Anniversary Date, Location, Profile Picture. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

The app does use api to communicate with the server/data.

Kenuba needs following permissions to run it.

• CAMERA - (For video Meet)
• Device Audio - (For video Meet)
• Contacts - (READ_CONTACTS, WRITE_CONTACTS)
• Location - (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)
• Device Permissions - (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED, VIBRATE)

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data.
